Tamara has extensive experience having previously held numerous positions, including overseeing the team at Adelaide’s leading private outpatient psychiatry and psychology service. Her approach incorporates all of the latest techniques, having completed training by many of the world's renowned psychologists in their chosen therapies. Tamara is passionate about maximising your health and wellbeing by blending these skills to help you achieve your goals.
Tamara is a past President of the Australian Psychological Society (2021-2022, President-elect 2020) and past national Chair of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists, an Advisory Board Member for the Master of Clinical Psychology Program (Uni SA), publications in the top psychology journals and regularly provides trusted commentary in the media.
As a Clinical Psychologist with considerable training and experience Tamara's approach incorporates cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness skills and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) as well as numerous other techniques.
